City Manager’s Campaign Contributions May Have Crossed Ethical Line

Money from City Manager Rick Daniels’ Mine Reclamation Corp Contributed to Mary Bono Mack Congressional Campaign

Using the business operating out of his home without a business license, Rick Daniels contributed money to Mary Bono Mack who did not represent him in his congressional district but did represent the district of Mine Reclamation Corp. His employment contract with the city at that time prohibited his working with Mine Reclamation Corp.
